Terms of Service

Alxoria is a service operated by ALX Ventures LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we", "us"). It is an AI-powered business research and decision-support tool that generates ideas and supporting analysis (market estimates, financial scenarios, roadmaps, operational plans, official setup resources, and brand concepts) based on the information you provide. By using Alxoria you agree to these terms with ALX Ventures LLC.

You must be at least 16 to use Alxoria. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Keep your account credentials secure and give us accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly tell us it was used without permission.

Everything Alxoria produces is AI-generated, informational content. It is not business, legal, financial, tax, investment, lending, medical, or other regulated advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by using the service.

Market sizes, financial scenarios, cost estimates, and timelines are illustrations built from assumptions, not promises, predictions, or likely outcomes. Setup resources are starting points only; requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Before acting on anything load-bearing, verify it with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional.

Alxoria uses large language models. Generated content can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, including statements presented confidently and sources that should be double-checked. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.

You are free to use, adapt, and commercialize ideas and analyses that Alxoria generates for you. We claim no ownership over them and charge no royalty. Alxoria cannot guarantee that a generated idea, name, or concept is unique, available, or free of third-party rights (for example, trademarks). Clearing names and rights is your responsibility.

Without an account, generated ideas are stored only in your browser; clearing your browser data deletes them and we cannot recover them. If you create an account, your ideas and progress are synced to our database (Supabase) so you can reach them across devices, protected by per-user access controls. You can export or delete them at any time.

Use Alxoria as a person, through the website, at a human pace. Automated scraping, bulk generation, circumventing rate limits, reselling raw access to the service, or using the service to generate content for unlawful purposes is not permitted. We may throttle or block usage that threatens the service's availability or our costs.

Alxoria recommends third-party services (for example, company-formation, banking, or design tools) where they fit a generated plan. These are independent companies: we do not control them, their terms apply, and a recommendation is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Some links may earn Alxoria a referral commission at no additional cost to you, and we only place partners where the recommendation stands on its own.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through Stripe. A complete idea report ($9) and a business growth review ($19) are one-time purchases. Founder is a $19 monthly subscription with three report credits each billing period. Owner Monitor is a $29 monthly subscription with one refreshed growth report each billing period.

There is no free trial for Founder or Owner Monitor. When you continue from Alxoria to Stripe, the purchase review and Stripe checkout show the price and whether the charge is one-time or recurring before you submit payment.

Founder and Owner Monitor begin when Stripe confirms payment and renew automatically at the stated monthly price until you cancel. Monthly report credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. A report credit from a one-time purchase remains available until you use it. One-time purchases include 30 days of Ask Alxoria access.

Cancel a subscription online at any time from Account & billing. Stripe shows when the cancellation takes effect before you confirm it. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Your ideas and finished reports remain accessible on the free plan after cancellation.

If paid report generation fails, the report credit is returned automatically so you can try again. This credit return is separate from a payment refund.

For a one-time report or review, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the result disappoints you. For a subscription charge, request a full refund within 7 days of that charge if you have not used a report credit or generated the refreshed report tied to that billing period. After those windows, charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Send billing questions or refund requests to hello@alxoria.com. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider controls when the refund appears.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We may suspend or close an account that materially violates these terms, threatens the service, or creates legal or security risk. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to export account data first.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the last updated date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email before they take effect. Changes do not reduce rights you already have for a completed purchase.

Alxoria is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alxoria and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for business losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of the service or reliance on generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. These limitations do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
