Values
What we believe
Honest over nice.
Our critic attacks your idea before the market does. Every dossier sets kill criteria in advance, and our verdicts will tell you to pivot when the evidence says so. Compliments don’t build businesses.
Plain English, always.
Every term of art gets defined the moment it appears. If something here confuses you, that’s our bug, not yours.
Evidence, not vibes.
Market research runs against the live web with cited sources. Financial numbers must reconcile across every section, and an auditor checks that they do. Estimates are labeled as estimates.
Ideas are the start. Weeks are the business.
Every plan ends in actions sized to the hours you actually have. Your journal feeds next week’s moves, so the plan adapts to what really happened.
We use what we recommend.
We only put our own weight behind tools we’ve actually used, and we’re steadily working through the rest. Some links earn us a commission, but recommendations are never for sale, and a commission never costs you anything.
Method
How Alxoria thinks
Attack
A critic stress-tests your idea the way the market will: demand, your unfair advantage, the path to the first dollar.
Research
Live web research verifies competitors, real pricing, and market size, with sources you can click.
Audit
Every number is cross-checked against every other. Contradictions get found and fixed before you see the plan.
Execute
Three moves a week, sized to your hours, adapted to your journal. An advisor who knows your whole dossier answers the hard questions.
A note from the founder
Alxoria is built by one person, not a company with a growth team. I started it because every tool I tried would cheer for any idea I typed in, and cheerleading is worthless when you're about to spend real money and real weekends. So I built the advisor I wanted: one that argues back, shows its sources, and then stays with you week after week while you do the actual work.
Everything here is used the way you see it: the example dossiers are real output, the numbers on the pricing page come from those same dossiers, and we are steadily vetting every partner tool so we only put weight behind what we have used ourselves. If something falls short, a human reads every support message, because the human is me.
